The O-Team
Outreach is very important to Ryans Creek. The O-Team or (The Outreach Team) has made it their mission to identify a variety of opportunities to reach out into the community with acts of service and gospel conversations. Many of these opportunities present themselves outside of our community. Nevertheless, our goal is to reach people with the gospel through acts of love and service. Here is a list of activities The O-Team has made part of their regular routine.
1. Parking Cars at the 5K Kudzu Race at Cold Springs High School so the parents of the runners can watch their kids run. After parking hundreds of cars, we distribute gospel tracts on each vehicle that has made their way from surrounding counties for the race day activities.
2. We pass out thousands of gospel tracts in the Fair Parade and Christmas Parade that is held in Cullman each year.
3. We have provided back-to-school supplies to local school students along with free hair cuts and gospel tracts to all who attend our back-to-school program.
4. We provide gospel tracts to each of the Trick-or-Treaters that visit our Fall Festival/Trunk or Treat activities each year.
5. We provide gospel tracts to those visiting Sportsman Lake during our Fall cookout.
